Huge DM haul!!!

Today I recieved my first paycheck and I treated myself a bit :-) I went to my favorite drugstore DM and spent some money :-) Some of the items I needed because I run out of them and some just jumped in to my shopping card :-)
First of all, when did s-he stylezone comlety re-do their items?!? Where were I? I was totally shocked when I saw all items in new packaging and in the middle was some items like limited edition? Let me know if you know something about this! Well, I grabed these five polishes from the limited edition (if that's what it is).
First I went for the greens, because I'm big sucker for green polishes... I'm a bit sad that polishes still don't have any names, only numbers.. Well, from left they are 305, 310 and 315. They all look gorgeous. 305 is cream, light green color; 310 is also cream with a hint of darker shade green shine in it, lime green color and the 315 is darker green, shimmer finish.
Well, this two also cought my eye, first is 290, dark blue shimmer finish and right one is 285 light blue cream finish. The brush looks promising, I like the packaging and you can expect some swatchs soon :-)
Than I finally got this two new image plates from Essence- the one with zebra print and the one with bubbles. Can't wait to try them out!
Well, this two products are my favorite moisturizers- one for my lips- BLISTEX lipbalm and the other DR. SHELLER handcream.
This two are my favorite removers- nail polish remover from Essence (aceton free and smells delicious!) and makeup remover from L'OREAL (doesn't irritate my eyes!)
Well, I didn't have any eyeshadow for filling in my eyebrows so I decided to give this one from Essence a go and we'll see how it turnes out!
Here is something for my african soul, this bracelet I've been eying for a while and today they still had two and one jumped in to my cart :-)
I needed new eyelash curler and I went with this one from Elite.

And this manicure kit was only for my soul :-) I had 50% off coupon and I saw very interesting cuticle pusher in it and thought why not :-) If you want to do more detailed review on it, please leave a comment.
Well, just a bit of shopping :-)

Striped design feat. Essence TRYIN' TO BE COOL&COOL AND THE GANG

Today I have a funky striped manicure for your feat. two new polishes from Essence. First is this gorgeous bright blue with a hint of green polish called TRYIN' TO BE COOL. Both of those two are from multi dimension XXXL shine line.
This one has a cream finish, it's super easy to apply, fast drying... Well both are. And the second one is this indigo blue one COOL AND THE GANG.
Well, but first I went over TRYIN' TO BE COOL with only flakies polish I have GLISTEN UP (we already all know, right :-) ? ) which is extra hard to capture flakes on the pictures. But anyways...

Than I used scotch taped tehnique and applied COOL AND THE GANG, used scotch one more time and applied BLACK OUT from BLACK&WHITE collection, also from ESSENCE.
 Cool looking right???

NfuOH #66 feat Cheetah print

When I don't know what to wear on my nails, I always go for the classic- animal print :-) I just have to decide in which colors. And today this combination pop up in my head.
I went with holographic NFU OH no.66 (I have to tell you this one is pain in the *ss to apply!!!) - I already have a post about it (browse a bit) - and for the design I used KONAD image plate m57 and special polish in black.
Little cheetah on my nails :-) WRoooooooW :-))))

Essence LE BLOSSOMS ETC. - A hint of mint and KONAD

Yey, another awsome spring color from Essence and this one is from their latest limited edition BLOSSOMS ETC- A hint of mint. I wonder if this one is similar to Essie Mint candy apple. Would anyone do a comparison for me :-) ?
Well, this one is very light mint green color with hints of light green shine in it. I tried to capture it on my nails, but it's only visible in the bottle. Well, it's qiute opaque, I applied only one coat. It has a cream finish and I loooove it :-)
But because it was just to plane for me, I decided to do some konad over it. I chosed KONAD image plate m65 and I used ZOYA- ENVY for the design. But because my nails are too long for all over design, I went with scotch taped french tips, also with the same ZOYA.
And this is the final look. You like it? I DO!!! :-)

Essence new polish REPLAY

Today I would like to present to you this brand new beautifull nail polish from new line from Essence, called REPLAY! This is one of those unique colored polishes that is very hard to describe. This reminds me so much of CG For Audrey (compariosn will be coming up soon!) that I just had to bought it.
On the pictures you see only 1 coat of polish and you can see full on coveredge. It's on the thicker side of polishes, so you can achieve perfect three strokes application. And the brush also alows it, because it's just the right size to do that.
This one has a glossy, cream finish and it's gorgeous turqoise color, mix between light blue and mint green- AWSOME! Pictures picked up more blue than green, so you really have to see this color in real. I give this polish absolute 10 out of 10, because of super easy application, very unique color, very afordable and long lasting formula!

COMPARISON feat. new ESSENCE polish OUT OF MY MIND & Choose me!

I finally got my hands on new polishes from Essence and as first I'm presenting you most interesting color for me and that is OUT OF MY MIND (right on the picture)! This one is extra hard to take good and exact picture of the color. Here you can see blue, green and purple. So, I can say it has triochrome finish :-)
I decided to do a comparison between these two polishes, because in the bottle they look almost the same, except glitters in Choose me! Well, the color of both is almost exactly the same, maybe Choose me has slightly more blue undertone to it and doesn't have purple in it. And they trow in there some green glitters.
Here you can beautifully see the essence of this polish, beautifull duochrome with blue and green. I don't know what is on this two colors, but I am always drawn to them :-)
So, the texture of new polish is very similar to the old one, the brushes are also the same and nice. They are both very afordable :-) What not to love about ESSENCE :-) ?

Purplish manicure

I reshaped my nails today. And I thought, why not do some funky manicure today. So, I started with ORLY PURPLE VELVET- 2 coats. I love this polish. It has a matt finish and this really nice shade of purple. Not bright purple, just the way I like it :-)

Than I scotch taped little less than half of nail surface and on the rest of the nails I applied one thick coat of PURE ICE  CHEATIN. I like this glitter polish very much. It's clear polish with purple, pink and blue glitters.
Than I again scotch taped my nails, this time little more than half, so I left untapped only my tips. And than I applied on layer of ESSENCE BLACK OUT (from BLACK&WHITE limited edition).

I didn't went over with Seche Vite, because I like how purple is matt, than glitters are shiny and the black has soft touch finish, that is not matt, not glossy, but somewhere in between. So I have three different textures and it' sooo funky looking. What do you think?

Konad plad design

Today I have funky french style manicure for you! Yesterday I wanted to do some "out there" manicure and this is what I came up with. First I applied two coats of Essence MOST WANTED (I have post about it, browse!) and one coat of Seche vite after that.
Than I went trough my collection of image plates and I realized that I have never tried plad design before, so I used it for this one. It's image plate m60 with different kinds of all over designs. I used simple black special polish for stamping. And because my nails are tiny bit too long for all over design, I twisted it up a bit and I used....
Cloe's nails tehnique and used  a bit of scotch tape. I placed it on whole nail surface and left my tips out. And for the tips I used China glaze LIQUID LEATHER and did french tips. And this is the final resoult. I just finished it with one coat of Sevche vite and VIOLA!

AFRODITA Moisturizing cream for daily care - OLIVE

Today I would like to present to you my favorite face cream from Slovenian cosmetics brand- AFRODITA. This brand is my local origin and that's very important for me. I try to use as much as possible my origin brands, but unfortunatley there are not a lot of them. But this one is the best!

This product is ment for daily use and it truly gives a lot of moisture, that lasts me trought the whole day. I place it under my foundation and it's great primer too! With this cream also comes cream for night time, but I'm not familiar with it yet. I hope I'll try it out sometimes!
The box says: Moisturising cream, rich in precious extract of olive leaves, moisturising complex and allantoin, it provides natural and refreshing all-day care. Its superb moisturising power improves skin firmness and elasticity and slows down premature signs of ageing. The inbuilt UVB filter provides extra protection against harmful external factors. Cream is a delightful, natural solution for fresh and youthful looking skin and a source of well being.
The cointainer holds 50ml and it's also very afordable. It costs only 5,95€.  I also like the package it comes in, it's very natural olive green color with simple style of opening. The cointainer has a screw on cover that provents air from coming in. And that is for longer lasting product.
The cream it self has a very gentle odor/smell that is not overpowering at all. It's also very moisturizing and it absorbs very quickly. You don't have sticky fingers after using it. And the skin feels very fresh!
My overall rating of this product is 10 out of 10! Why? Afordable, very moisturizing, nice cointainer and the perfect looking skin after using it! Definitely recommend this one! Try it and let me know how you like it!
