Art Deco no.348

This is my only ArtDeco nail polish and I absolutly love it. Great, suddle color. I would say it's a pearl white color with some gold undertones. This one would be great for french manicure (with white tips under). It doesn't have any shimmer or glitters in it, but it's very shinny!

Only bad thing about it is application. It's a little bit tricky, but an experienced hand would do it just great! It's a little striky, so two or even three coats are necessary. I wear two coats, but next time, I will apply at least three.

I abosluty love the brush. It's wide, so with three strokes you cover entire nail surface. The brush has short bristles, so you have a lot of control with the application.
I also love the color very much, it's appropriate for work or school. It would also work great with KONAD or rhinestones.
This is definetly not my last Art Deco nail polish!

China glaze Paper Chasing

Here I am with another polish to present. This is another newest polishes I have and I have to admit I'm a little bit dissapointed. I absolutly LOVE the color, it's bright, vibrant, loud color (green, I love green!), but I'm dissapointed in the formula of the polih. It's very sheer. Although I applied two coats, this polish needs at least three coats or even more to show its true color.

The application goes on smoothly, doesn't show any strokes. It has very delicat light green shimmer  (not a problem to remove), but I believe this polish will not last more than three days on or so.
Although I applied two coats, the tips of my nails are still showing trough and that's what I don't like at polishes. But I love the color so much, that the next time I'll use it, I'm going to apply at least three coats.

Essence TE Cute as hell Naughty but nice

I finally recieved two of nail polishes from Cute as Hell Trend edition from Essence and I just had to try it out. So, I decided first to try out Naughty but nice- yellow polish.
I love the color, it's kind a creamy neon color, very different from any other yellow I have. It's almost like mixed with a little bit of white, so it looks like very gentile yellow color, awsome for the spring.
I'm very pleased with the color, but not so much with the application. I don't know what it is, is it the brush or the formula of the polish... It doesn't go on very smoothly, but it's kind of streaky application. I have two coats on and the second one gave me the resoult I wanted. With the fist coat, I couldn't get it even and the strokes of the brush were very visible. But anyways, I love the color, so it's wotrh the effort :-)

Essie Carousel coral

This is only my second ESSIE nail polish and I have to admit that I'm in love in it! I also have a CHINCHILLY and MATTE ABOUT YOU top coat.
This one is awsome peachy coral color! In the bottle looks more pink than coral and I thought I'm gonna hate it (I don't like pink at all!), but I gave it a chance and after the first stroke I changed my mind! I absolutly love it! I applied two coats to achive really opake color. It glades on smoothly, no strokes are showing. The brush is just the right size to achieve perfect application in three strokes. But as I said, I applied two coats.

This color is appropriate for everyday use, because it's not so loud and it's not a big statement color. It's appropriate for work, school or with some added details (rhinestones or Konad) also for some special occasion.

I added my favorite top coat (yes, it's Seche Vite :-) ) and voila, I'm done!

China glaze- Metallic muse

I recently bought a couple of new nail polishes from China glaze and this I absolutley LOVE! As you see I drasticly shorten my nails, so for a while I won't be doing any dramatic nail designs...I'll just wear simple nail polishes...

This one is from KHROME collection, besides Millennium, Sci-fi, Robotica, 2030 and Hi-tek polishes.
It is a blue- green with metal finish polish. It glides on smoothly, I applied it with three strokes. Maybe for inexperienced hand it takes a while to achieve perfect application, but with a  little practice you can do it!

I really like the color, it so different from anything else I have, so I just adore it! It gives kind of metal look to your nails...
It's easy to remove, just with regual nail polish remover (not 100% aceton as for glitter polishes)
I like it, do you?
Till next time, ciao!

Royal gold design

Here I am with a new design. I played around a little bit with this one. And I like it, do you?
Well, I started  with my NAILTEK Foundation 2 as my base coat. After a couple of seconds, I applied my first coat of ESSENCE Spicy, waited a couple of minutes and than applied second coat.
Than I used my newest nail polish from CHINA GLAZE called SOLAR FLARE. It's a clear nail polish with gorgeous gold glitters! I was pretty generous with it, as you see on the picture. I let it to dry for about 10 minutes.

Than I used also one of my favorite nail products- ESSIE MATTE ABOUT YOU!
And the resault is royal beauty :-)))) This design is a big statement, maybe not suitable for anyone, but for me definetly is :-) Well, do you?

Sponge design

Hey all! Here is another nail design that I did yesterday. First I have put on almost my favorite base coat- KISS diamond hard. i love this product- it makes ma nails even stronger that they are and it also provents from spliting the nails. So than, I applied two coats of this beautifull color- it's from ESSENCE and it's called DRESS TO PARTY (42). It a lovley color, suitable for the fall and winter.
Than I took my little eyeshadow applicator (with a sponge) and put some OPI RUSSIAN NAVY on my little plastic paper and used it with my sponge. First I started on my tip of the nails and than slovley taking it back, towards my bottom of the nail. As you see on the picture I didn't took all the way to the bottom, but just like two thirds od my nails. So, that ESSENCE can still show through.
Than of course I apllied my SECHE VITE and voila, the design is done! Hope you like it!

Bamboo design

For this design I first applied one coat of S-HE STYLEZONE 939, it a dark red- black color with some green and gold shimmer. I waited to dry and than I went over it with ESSENCE TE Glam rock- Metal babe, it's a holografic color as you see on the picture.
On my ring finger I did a diagonal french tip with ESSENCE pearl white and I used sponge tehnique.

For the design I used black special polish for doing KONADicures. I applied design from KONAD image plate m66 - for the ring fingers and for the rest of the nails I used CHEZ- DELANEY image plate H23.

Than I went over my designs with KONAD special top coat and we're done!

Check out the video on my youtube account! Hope you like it!

Rasta design

As always I first applied my base coat and it's from NAILTEK Foundation II. It's a ridgefiller and it makes my nails a lot stronger. Than I painted my nails with two coats of S-HE STYLEZONE in white color, to create a base color for my design.
For this design I used a sponge tehnique to create airbrush effect on my nails. First, put some green nail polish (I used ESSENCE ALL ACCESS- green) on a piece of paper and take your sponge, dip into the polish and start applying it on the bottom of the nail. Take it in about 1/3 of the nail on all nails.

Repeat the proces with yellow and red, I used S-HE STYLEZONE (yellow) and ESSENCE ALL I WANT (red) to create kind of rasta flag design. Like this!

At the end I applied my SECHE VITE top coat and I'm all done!
This is really colorfull design, apropriate for summer, spring or even everyday, for us who dare more :-)

Tiger french tip design

First, I applied diamon hard base coat from KISS. This is an amazing base coat which takes care of my nails. It makes them stronger and protects them from chipping.
than, for my base color I choose nail polish from ESSIE called CHINCHILLY. It's an autumn color, but I think it's also suitable for winnter. So, I applied two coats of ESSIE and waited for a couple of seconds. Than I applied my SECHE VITE dry fast top coat. My nail were dry in 3 minutes.

To make this color more interesting, I took my black polish with a thin brush and just on tips of the nails I painted tiger stripes. I started on the top of the tip on the edge and with a light hand painted towards the inner side of my nails. And I just painted the tips, so I created the french tip design with tiger stripes.

Hope you like it!

Till next time, take care!

My holy grail

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat is acknowledged as the world's finest top coat. Its patented formula allows it to penetrate through the nail lacquer to the base coat forming a single solid coating over the nail plate for a much more durable finish which is guaranteed not to yellow. Seche Vite is unmatched as a top coat leaving the nail silky feeling, stronger, more durable, absolutely will not chip and creates the highest gloss of any product on the market today. Apply thickly, get a nice bead on the end of the brush, then set softly down on the first nail painted and watch how Seche Vite flows over the wet nail polish self levels and will not drag or streak the underlying manicure. It takes time to master the application and when perfected it is possible to apply in only three strokes...keep trying. Seche Vite will naturally thicken so make sure to keep the neck of the bottle clean and tight at all times and if it gets stringy add a few drops of Seche Restore and roll the bottle slowly adding additional drops until consistency is fully restored.

I can't tell you enough good things about this product! I always had problems with my nails because they just wouldn't get dry fast enough. So, I saw a video from MissChievous and she mentioned this product. And I said why not, I'll try it! I bought it at TransDesign (http://www.transdesign.com/)  and girls, I LOVE IT! I can't do my nails anymore without finish it with Seche Vite!

When I paint my nails with anykind of nailpolish, I do all my ten fingers and then I apply this top coat. And in couple of minutes (about 3-4) my nails are completly dry! I can do all the things I have to do, once I even went to bed and the next morning I didn't have any kind of wrinkles or anything! My nails were perfect!

So, I highly recommend this product, because doing your nails will become so much easier!!!

New Year's design

First of all, WELCOME to my blog!
Well, this design I tried to do for this year New Years' eve and I like it a lot. It's quite simple to do, you just have to have a stady hand and the right items!
Well, fisrt of all, I applied my base coat and I used NailTek foundation II. And for the design I used TCW base nude color (1 coat is enought), than I have used sponge tehnique on my tips and for this I used nail polish from Essence trend edition MOONLIGHT and this one is number 1 LIVE FOREVER and a sponge from KONAD. First, I did diagonal to half of my nail, and then on the end of tips I reapply it (for more 3D effect).

Then I used ESSENCE nail art tip painter and I draw 3 stripes on my ringe and midlle finger and on tumb I draw 4 stripes. I started on the left side of the tip and extended it into my midlle area of the nail. For correcting any mistakes and for more glamour effect I draw silver stripes along those black ones. And I used KISS brush-on nail art polish (polish with a thin brush).
And then I applied a star shaped rhinestones on the left side of my tip- there where my black and silver stripes started. And in the end I applied 1 coat of Seche Vite fast drying top coat! I looove this product! It's really good quality and I highly recommend it! Well, we are done!

This design kinda reminds me of a shooting star :-) I hope you like it!
