Comparison: ESSIE Matte about you& ESSENCE Matt topcoat

Hi girls! Today I have an interesting comparison for you and we're going to talk about two different matt topcoats.
First one we all know and it's ESSIE MATTE ABOUT YOU. This topcoat can turn every nail polish in totaly different new one with a matt finish. How exciting is that?? With this product you can turn one polish in to two!
We'll start with a base polish, I'm using Essence (Twilight collection) UNDEAD? and this picture is taken on direct sunlight, so we can better see the resoults. Ok, it's shiny black color with purple glitters in it.
Here is the same polish, same position on direct sunlight, but here I applied one coat of Essie MAY. And we get totally different color with matt finish. I rate this one 10 out of 10, because is easy to apply, love the brush of the polish and it's dry in matter of seconds!
And here is the same base polish, the same position on direct sunlight, but on this one I applied two coats of Essence Matt topcoat. Why two? First application left my nail with some blank stripes between, so I had to go over once again. You can see it's a little bit stricky and it's not so matt as Essie MAY. So, I rate this one 8 out of 10, just because of those two reasons. But, here is a big plus: this one costs only 1,89€!!! Essie MAY costs about 9€. So, how cool is that? So, if you are looking for much cheeper alternative to Essie Matte about you, you can go with Essence Matt topcoat! It's almoust the same resoult and with this one you can also turn one nail polish into two! :-)

Essie Chocolate kisses

Well, today I was in the mood for some browns and this particular one I haven't try it out yet so here it is :-)
It's from Essie and as you know Essie has some really gorgeous colors and this one is one of them! I got this one within a swap with an amazing girl on MUA.
First picture is taken in the shade and it's really dark chocolate brown color but check out next picture taken in the direct sunlight!
Amazing right??? Two colors in one :-) I aplied two coats to acchieve this bold color. The formula is great, only downside to this polish is the brush. For me Essie brushes just don't work... They are to thin and small, so the application is a bit harder, but when you get used to the brushes, they are fine.
I really like this color and I definetly recommend it to try it out, if you are looking for some deep chocolate brown colors. I could snack my fingers off :-)

Essie Carousel coral

This is only my second ESSIE nail polish and I have to admit that I'm in love in it! I also have a CHINCHILLY and MATTE ABOUT YOU top coat.
This one is awsome peachy coral color! In the bottle looks more pink than coral and I thought I'm gonna hate it (I don't like pink at all!), but I gave it a chance and after the first stroke I changed my mind! I absolutly love it! I applied two coats to achive really opake color. It glades on smoothly, no strokes are showing. The brush is just the right size to achieve perfect application in three strokes. But as I said, I applied two coats.

This color is appropriate for everyday use, because it's not so loud and it's not a big statement color. It's appropriate for work, school or with some added details (rhinestones or Konad) also for some special occasion.

I added my favorite top coat (yes, it's Seche Vite :-) ) and voila, I'm done!

Royal gold design

Here I am with a new design. I played around a little bit with this one. And I like it, do you?
Well, I started  with my NAILTEK Foundation 2 as my base coat. After a couple of seconds, I applied my first coat of ESSENCE Spicy, waited a couple of minutes and than applied second coat.
Than I used my newest nail polish from CHINA GLAZE called SOLAR FLARE. It's a clear nail polish with gorgeous gold glitters! I was pretty generous with it, as you see on the picture. I let it to dry for about 10 minutes.

Than I used also one of my favorite nail products- ESSIE MATTE ABOUT YOU!
And the resault is royal beauty :-)))) This design is a big statement, maybe not suitable for anyone, but for me definetly is :-) Well, do you?
